Great customer service.
We had a WiTi fitted to our crosstrak and had some issues with the braking system. Not sure if it was the unit or the installation that was the reason I emailed WITI for some assistance. After a couple of emails ( same day) they asked me to call as it would be easier to diagnose any faults while talking to each other. It appears to be a braking issue.
