I'm extremely happy with my WiTi Alarm GPS system. I had no trouble fitting it to my new Jayco Freedom pop top caravan. Instructions were clear and precise, everything fitted in nicely and worked well. Then I found I had issues with false alarm messages and then at times the alarm not messaging me. I contacted WiTi asking for assistance and from that moment on I had nothing but full support and confidence in their ability to get me sorted. Tony replied quickly to all my emails and kept me in the loop as to what they were doing, everything is now working perfectly and I love the security and peace of mind their system has given me.
